Kendra Lilly
Kendra grew up with the belief that feeling limited by our bodies and minds was just part of life. Watching loved ones struggle with health and mental challenges, she came to expect that our bodies would slow down, and our minds would follow. Working in senior living only reinforced this view, as she saw how decades of neglecting body and mind impacted people’s quality of life. As Kendra began to travel she met people of all backgrounds and ages who radiated vitality, resilience, and a sense of ease in their lives. This opened her eyes to a new perspective: our past doesn’t have to define our future, and with intention, anyone can build a healthy, fulfilled life.
What began as a physical practice soon became a way of life. Kendra embraced not only the asanas but also the deeper principles of yoga—the yamas, such as self-discipline, compassion, and cultivating integrity in relationships. Her commitment to holistic wellness has led her to over 300 hours of training with advanced practitioners, earning her RYT200 certification, a 250-hour Aerial Yoga certification, and completion of Yogi Flight School. Now, she brings this knowledge to her students, blending movement, breathwork, and mindset to support both body and mind.
Kendra’s classes are designed for all bodies and levels, helping students build flexibility, strength, and a sense of balance. Outside the studio, she’s a mom, artist, and weightlifting enthusiast who’s continually exploring new ways to live with vitality and connection. Her mission is to help others unlock their potential for lifelong wellness, proving that a vibrant, balanced life is within reach for everyone, regardless of age or background.
