From a young age, Bridget found joy in movement through gymnastics, calisthenics, and dance. As she grew older, her exploration of weightlifting and acrobatics deepened her connection to her body and the power of movement. At 21, as a new mom, she turned to hot yoga as an outlet for the stresses of life, and it quickly became more than just a workout—it was a transformative practice.
With nearly 9 years of experience, Bridget now shares her passion for yoga, believing that it’s not just about the postures, but a lifestyle that cultivates balance, inner calm, and love. Her teaching blends the precision and structure of heated yoga with the flow of Vinyasa, creating a dynamic and accessible practice for all levels. Bridget’s approach is rooted in inclusivity, offering modifications that make yoga welcoming for every body type and experience level.
As an RYT200 certified instructor, Bridget is committed to guiding her students toward a balanced mind and body, helping them build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Outside the studio, she’s a mom, artist, and weightlifting enthusiast, continuously exploring ways to live a vibrant, connected life. Her goal is to inspire others to embrace yoga as a tool for holistic well-being, proving that anyone can create a fulfilling, vibrant life, no matter where they begin.
