Emily Worrick

Emily is a certified personal trainer through NASM, a yoga instructor, and a USA Boxing certified coach with eight years of experience in the fitness industry. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Small World Yoga in Nashville. As a former athlete, she specializes in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training, taking a holistic approach that prioritizes form, posture, and balance to enhance body awareness.

Emily’s passion for fitness goes beyond the physical—she's dedicated to helping her students cultivate lifelong healthy habits and positive behavior changes. In her classes, you’ll experience a mix of strength and mindfulness, leaving you feeling empowered and balanced.
