Kendra Lilly, Owner

​Kendra grew up with the belief that feeling limited by our bodies and minds was just part of life. Watching loved ones struggle with health and mental challenges, she came to expect that our bodies would slow down, and our minds would follow. Working in senior living only reinforced this view, as she saw how decades of neglecting body and mind impacted people’s quality of life. As Kendra began to travel she met people of all backgrounds and ages who radiated vitality, resilience, and a sense of ease in their lives. This opened her eyes to a new perspective: our past doesn’t have to define our future, and... 

Bridget Boyd, Owner

From a young age, Bridget found joy in movement through gymnastics, calisthenics, and dance. As she grew older, she explored weightlifting and acrobatics, celebrating the body in motion. At 21, as a new mom dealing with life's pressures, she found her stress outlet in hot yoga. With 9 years of experience, she now helps others find the same mind-body connection through yoga. Bridget believes that yoga isn’t just about what you do on the mat; it’s a way of living that helps integrate balance, calm, and love into your daily life...

Dina Keenum

After 20 years in the corporate world, Dina found herself stressed out, overweight, and unbalanced. She practiced yoga off and on for years but it wasn’t until her first YTT that her life changed, discovering yoga's profound ability to heal and transform. For Dina, yoga became more than exercise; it became a journey to inner peace and holistic well-being. She’s now passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga, creating a welcoming space where everyone can experience the healing and balance that yoga offers...

Koryn Hatfield

Koryn is a vinyasa teacher at our studio. She received her 200 hour teacher training at True North Yoga in 2022. Yoga has been a big part of her life journey gifting her healing, peace, and confidence. Her goal with teaching is to give people the space to connect with themselves on a deeper level. She enjoys teaching a mixture of vinyasa & yin in her classes because it offers students a challenge in movement and stillness. She encourages students to be playful, intuitive, and curious in class. Outside of yoga, she is all about nature, her dogs, reading, and making pottery.

Emily Worrick

Emily is a certified personal trainer through NASM, a yoga instructor, and a USA Boxing certified coach with eight years of experience in the fitness industry. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Small World Yoga in Nashville. As a former athlete, she specializes in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training, taking a holistic approach that prioritizes form, posture, and balance...

Casey Avera

Casey has been practicing yoga for 12 years, but it was in 2020 that she truly embraced its healing power while battling postpartum depression and feeling unfulfilled in her corporate career. Leaving behind the 8-5 grind, Casey immersed herself in Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and has never looked back. Lillian Watson

Lilly, embarked on her true yoga journey in 2023. Though she had practiced yoga for several years as a student, it was in 2023 that she discovered yoga's profound impact on her personal healing, leading her to pursue her 200hr RYT, 200hr CMT, and Sound Healing Certifications. Yoga has connected her mind and body, providing peace in her chaotic household with two boys, a husband, and a dog, alongside a stressful day job. She specializes in hot yoga, fusion, and beginner-friendly Vinyasa formats. Lee Anne Mezzetti

LeeAnne is an E-RYT 500 instructor with 5 years of experience, specializing in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. For most of her life, LeeAnne was an athlete—swimming, playing volleyball, softball, and soccer.
