Our classes also include rehabilitative techniques that support recovery from injury, helping to reduce downtime and enhance performance in the field.

PRICING
A single class is typically $18 per person (not including mat and towel rental). However, if your platoon has 12 or more participants, the rate will be reduced to $9 per person. This includes mat and towel rentals, making it a convenient and affordable way to incorporate yoga into your routine.

HYDRATION & ARRIVAL
Please encourage your soldiers to be well-hydrated before class and to continue hydrating after the session. Staying hydrated is essential to maximize the benefits of yoga. We also recommend that everyone bring a bottle of water to keep refreshed throughout the session.
Additionally, please ask your team to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time to ensure everyone is ready to begin on time and can settle into the space comfortably.
