We have a variety of classes to help you feel your best, both physically and mentally. Some classes may be a little more challenging than others, but don’t worry—our instructors are equipped to guide you with no matter your experience level.

Hot Series I
Our original series blends multiple yoga styles into a beginner-friendly class with modifications for all levels. Featuring traditional 26+2 postures, breath-to-movement transitions, and gentle stretches, this class offers a sequence to help you track your progress. Heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity, it's perfect for yogis of all abilities looking for a wellrounded class.

Trap Yoga
The ultimate high-energy experience that combines the intensity of a heated workout with the raw vibe of trap music. It’s designed to challenge your body, energize your soul, and give you a workout that feels more like a party. Every Wednesday night @ 715pm! Whether you’re a yoga veteran or just looking for a fresh way to sweat, this class is sure to bring the heat and the beat. 105 degrees and 40% humidity!

Power & Core
Power & Core Yoga is a vigorous, heat-building class designed to challenge your strength and flexibility. Heated to 105°F with 40% humidity, this class combines the intensity of traditional Power Yoga with a focused core workout, creating a dynamic, full-body experience. The challenging sequence of poses will ignite your energy, build internal heat, and leave you feeling revitalized. 105 DEGREES - 40% HUMIDITY.

Yin
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, focusing on floor postures that are held for longer periods of time, anywhere between 3 - 5 minutes each. This allows the postures to move beyond the muscle and work on the fascia and bone (which can be very therapeutic), increase flexibility, and offers a gentle pace. This class is welcoming to all levels, beginners through advanced, as modifications are taught, to meet the ability of all students. NON HEATED.

Hot Series II
A spicier progression from Hot Series 1, this class integrates poses from 26 + 2 with various yoga styles in one fluid sequence. With a focus on breath, strength, and balance, expect longer holds, more advanced postures, and intensified core work. This challenging, sweat-inducing class follows a set sequence, so you can see your growth and improvement each week.

Power Yoga
A fast-paced, sweat-inducing class that combines strength-focused flows with heart-pumping movement. 105°F with 40% humidity, this class pushes your limits with sequences that build stamina, core strength, and flexibility. Expect a vigorous flow that elevates your heart rate and energizes your whole body. All levels welcome, with options to modify or intensify based on your fitness. Power Yoga is a powerful way to transform both your physical endurance and mental focus.

Funky Flow
A unique take on a vinyasa style class. Enjoy smooth transitions, creative sequences, and the chance to explore a “peak flow” that challenges and excites. The class is set to a carefully curated playlist that perfectly matches the rhythm of your practice. Plus, you’ll have opportunities for hands-on adjustments and assists to deepen your experience. 105 degrees and 40% humidity.

Yinyasa
Experience the best of both worlds with Yinyasa. This class blends the slow, deep stretches of Yin yoga with the flowing sequences of Vinyasa. You'll build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance—all in one session. Perfect for those looking to both challenge and restore their body.

Slow Flow
A breath-to-movement vinyasa style class heated to 105°F. This class features slower, deliberate movements and longer holds, allowing for deeper exploration of each posture. With a unique sequence crafted by our expert instructors each week, you’ll continually challenge your body and experience something new, making every class a fresh opportunity to deepen your practice.

Flex Hour
Flex Hour blends workshop-style drills with yoga principles to safely build strength and increase your end range of motion. Each class includes grounding breathwork and intention setting before moving into targeted exercises, helping you work toward advanced postures like splits, backbends, and forearm wheels. This non-heated, beginner-friendly class is designed to help you break through self-limiting beliefs and unlock new possibilities in your body and mind. NON HEATED.

Yoga Nidra
Unwind and reconnect with your inner peace in our Yoga Nidra class. Set in a comfortably warm room (75-80°F), this class guides you through deep relaxation while lying in Savasana. Using a calming narrative, sound healing with singing bowls, drums, and other instruments, we help reduce stress and enhance mental clarity. No active poses are required, making it accessible to all levels. Perfect for improving sleep, finding stillness, or taking a break from the hustle and bustle. NON HEATED.
