What should I do before class?Arrive hydrated and avoid heavy meals for at least two hours prior to class. A light snack is fine if you need it. Wear comfortable clothing, and take time to relax and breathe before you start.

What are the benefits of hot yoga?Hot yoga can improve flexibility, increase circulation, and help relieve stress. The heat supports a deeper stretch and helps detoxify your body.

What makes Ahava Hot Yoga unique?Ahava offers a special hot yoga experience with classes heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity, enhancing your flexibility and promoting relaxation.

What should I bring to my first class?Just bring yourself! If you have a yoga mat and towel, feel free to bring those. We also have mats and towels available for rent at the studio.

What are your membership terms?Our memberships are month-month, no long-term contracts. Students can cancel or pause their membership in studio or by call/text at 931.217.5173.

Is hot yoga suitable for everyone?Hot yoga may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions. We recommend consulting your doctor before participating if you have any concerns.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations can be made through the Mindbody App or by texting us at 931.217.5173. Cancellations will be credited back to students account for future use.

What should I do if I’m running late?If you’re running late, please try to arrive as soon as you can. If you arrive after class has started, we ask that you enter quietly and join in without disturbing others.
